What are the essential recommended skills for the technology leader in a school district?  Although there is no clear path, this session will introduce you to some recommended skills you should aspire to obtain to be an effective technology director. You will also be given some resources that METAA and CoSN have to assist you in becoming competent in these recommended skills.  You will be introduced to a self-inventory that you can use to assess your skills in several of these skill areas.
